Every month is the Chef’s selection of delicious seafood dinners. Appetizers may include fried cajun frog legs, broiled garlic butter frog legs, bang bang shrimp, or scallops. Entrees might include pan fried walleye or catfish, stuffed salmon, ‘black and blue’ salmon or catfish, salmon with shrimp and crab sauce, catfish sandwich with fries, ruby red or spicy trout amandine, or pouch trout.
